OFF SEASON TRAINING

Michael's Gravatar Off season training is underway.
Apart from Gym in the mornings, I will be taking part in the Ocean racing series and numerous triathlons that will be taking place during the off season.

Michael's Gravatar My Goal was to do the 2km after the 1st event. I unfortunately could not make event 2 and 3, but event 4 I did the 2km swim, time of 39.10 min. Next time 35min!. And in January I will do the 3km swim!

Michael's Gravatar Hi Eric. Unfortunately I will not be swimming on Sunday as I have had my Wisdom teeth removed today. I do not want to risk infection. I might go for a cycle on Sunday afternoon if you interested. There is a triathlon on Wednesday morning I might take part in. I have not done to much swimming training as a result of throat infection, hence having my wisdom teeth removed!
